Should I upgrade PSU for this GPU?

Hi,

I'm about to buy a new graphics card, which requires a minimum of a 450w PSU. The GPU i'm getting is an XFX Radeon 7750. I only have a 350w PSU, and I tried measuring my case to make sure the new PSU fitted, but I think it is too big for my case. I've read a lot of people saying this card is very low on power consumption and it works fine with <300w power supply's. I'd just like to know if it would be okay to use this graphics card on my 350w medion branded psu (the computers company)?

Thanks! :)

You can easily run the card then. :)

I'm not sure if this is correct, but I saw something that said 300w. Does that sound about right?
