Gigabyte radeon HD 7950 GV-R795WF3-3GD okay for my build/PSU?

I ask this because I've already built my build, and am just lacking graphics. I also am a bit pressed for money.

The GB website (http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4121&dl=1#ov) advises: "System power supply requirement: 500W", but I've been recommended this card by someone along with the PSU when I asked for build suggestions a while back. Unsure if the person who rec. me overlooked this, or if the 500W on the website is just there to be safe. I do plan to overclock, but if I don't have to now, I can in the future where I will be able to purchase a PSU with higher wattage. This is just for now.

Here's my build:

CPU: Intel i5 3570k
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D14
Mobo: GB GA-Z77X-UD4H
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB (2x4)
Storage: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB
Storage 2: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Case: Thermaltake Chaser MK-1
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS95
PSU: Rosewill Capstone 450W

Any those of PSU will just enough to power your 7950. Just don't overclock.
Just some advice, next time, get higher and better PSU, it's the important thing inside your machine... :)
