Need help with FX-8350 overclocking please....

Hello Wonderful People,

I have the following setup:

Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth 990fx R2.0 Bios Version 1503
CPU: AMD FX-8350 @4.5GHz (stable)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Case Fan 1: Noctua NF-S12B FLX 120mm Fan (x1) (yet to install)
Case Fan 2: Noctua NF-A14 FLX 140mm Fan (x2) (yet to install)
GPU: MSI GTX 670 2GB Power Edition OC (stock settings)
Memory: 8GB Corsair Vengeance@1600MHz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB@7200rpm HDD
PSU: XFX Pro 750W Black Edition Full Modular
Casing: Xigmatek Midguard-II Gaming Case
Monitor: Viewsonic VX2370Smh 23inch Gaming LED
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

I have a stable 4.5GHz overclock with air cooling. Below I have included screenshots of my UEFI settings, CPU-Z tag & a screenshot from HW Monitor. Kindly let me know what I need to fix (lower or increase), please. Or if I need to change anything. Or if anything is wrongly set. Thank you in advance !!!

hwmonitor and core temp won't give you the right temps. I had to use my motherboard utility easytuner to get my exact temp and those other programs were reporting 12C lower than what it actually was, also didn't report the right voltage either.
