Best System for £400 (Excluding Graphics Card)

Hello,

Im trying to persuade my friend to get into pc gaming, he wants to get a gaming pc but he is on a budget.

He said he has £400 for everything except the graphics card, and i was wondering what the best possible system would be for that money that will last as long as possible.

Looking for

Mobo, CPU, Ram, PSU, and the drives.

Dont worry about the chasis, i am in the UK so anything from amazon.co.uk or something similar will be fine.
