Okay, so I've realised that I would like an all in one water cooling unit to save a fan connector on my case (Motherboard has 3 fan connector and one CPU fan connector), I was wondering if the 212 Evo is better than the Corsair H55, if it is I will just put up with fans connecting to the PSU, but if there's only 1/2°c in it I will go for the water cooling. I would have posted other water coolers but all the ones I could find in the same price rage need a 3 pin fan connector to power there pump, thanks in advance.

I am not a big fan of closed loop systems like the H55 for the simple fact they rarely ever out perform good air coolers like the 212 Evo while costing at least 2X more. The H55 will also use a fan header to power its fan just like the 212 would. The 212 has been my cooler of choice for years simply because of the performance it offers for the price. My suggestion would be to save the $40 and buy the 212 Evo.

Hmm, yeah, the logic behind it saving a fan connector is it will take to place of a chassis fan and do the job of the CPU fan, but I guess it's not worth the extra money.
