Hey all

I just bought this card recently and it didn't power up. My old card "fried" but it still powers up. So after that I RMA'd my Motherboard and got it back today..Problem is the card still doesn't power up. So for good measure I plugged in my old card and it powered up but still had no display. I'm annoyed because I can't afford to do all kinds of work to it.

Here's my specs

MSI 870A-G55

Intel Quad Core Phenom 3.2Ghz

8 Gig RAM

Sapphire HD 7770

500 PSU.

Also

My old card is an EVGA GeForce GTS450

My New card is a Sapphire HD7770

Intel Quad Core Phenom? I hope you're not just an Internet troll. And what do you mean it's not powering up? Is it not displaying? Or is it not turning on at all? If it's not displaying, I recommend sending the GPU back. But, before you do that, Do you have the Power connectors plugged in?

Make and model of power supply + amps on the 12v rail.

Did you connect the 6pin power connector to the card?

Try installing it into the other pcie slot, does it turn on?

That suggests the Card is dead or their isn't enough power being delivered to the card. You might want to call the card manufacturer and send it back for a new HD 7770. I Don't know why the Card wouldn't turn on except for it being dead. But, like I said, call the company, and they should help you :)
