Need advice , opinion and help on my first build!!!!

Hey guys I'm 15 and building my first gaming pc. The specs are as follows

GPU:Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 2GB
CPU:Intel Core i5 3570k
RAM: 8GB: 2x4GB corsair vengeance DDR3 MHz 1600
HDD:Western Digital Black 500GB
OS:Windows 8(it's cheaper).
Motherboard:Asrock z68 Extreme3 Gen3
Case:Cooler master HAF 912 plus-
Mid tower
PSU:Cooler master silent Pro M II 620W
Optical Drive(need advice, cheap, effective,compatible).

My questions are:
1.Do I need anything else to begin the build ?Are any more parts necessary that I should order ?
2.Are the parts all compatible with each other 100% ??
3.Have I picked the right parts ?
4.Please help me choose an Optical drive.
5.Do I need any coolers, fans, or cables and wires that I need to order ?

Any answers much appreciated!!!!

Your motherboard is the older x68 and may not post without a bios update.
If funds are an issue look to an non k chip and h77 mb.the only cables to buy is two extra Sata cables. It depends on the mb parts kit if they send you one or more. When your building the pc it easy to lock in an extra cab,e on the 6g port to when you drop in a Ssd. For DVD burnes the Samsung drives on newegg on sale most times for 17 bucks.
