yeah so i was just using my pc and opened the task manager to see the cpu percentage and for some reason the cpu usage was spiking up to 70%. Is there some reason. I mean i was using winrar but i don't think only winrar would cause such a spike? So is there something wrong? I don't know what else to say.

i7 cpu
16gbs ram
Gtx 670
