Well should I build whats below (custom watercooling loop the corsair is just a place holder) or wait for Haswell and build around that?

As always in the tech world, if you can wait, then wait. after Haswell comes out, Ivybridge will be cheaper, and you'll have the option of getting all the benefits of haswell if you want it. if anything, it seems like you're planning to overclock that CPU pretty hard, and I would wait for Haswell just to see if intel decided to solder their IHS onto the die rather than use the cheap paste they're using on Ivybridge.

in the meantime, put your waterloop together man, you should never be spending $100 on something that's a placeholder lol. if you have to, just get a coolermaster 212 evo for $25. the difference in a few hundred MHz is hardly noticable.
