Approximate Purchase Date: 1-3 months depending on my hours at work.

Budget Range: After all costs are factored in, $1,000.00, give or take $100.00

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, streaming games, watching videos.

Are you buying a monitor: No, but I will in the future, I am just focused on getting a computer first.

Parts to Upgrade: The whole damn computer. Nothing is salvageable from this thing.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes. Although I am not interested in Windows 8.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: No preference, just wanting things as cheap as they can get, so pcpartpicker would be awesome.

Location: Kansas City, Missouri, United States.

Parts Preferences: I have no parts preference because I've heard many different opinions on AMD/Intel and Radeon/NVIDIA

Overclocking: I have never overclocked so, maybe.

SLI or Crossfire: I have never done this either, although I know what it is, I believe it would cost too much to do SLI or Crossfire on this computer without sacrificing something that I would need more.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1280x1024 as of right now. I am looking to get a 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 (Whichever is better). I am looking for a good monitor but not one that will destroy me financially.

Additional Comments: I always have a headset on and it is in my basement so it isn't near anyone that is sleeping. This being said quietness isn't really a priority of mine. Maybe a window for the case? Also some LEDs on the fans but don't get me wrong, it isn't my priority.

I play League of Legends mostly so it isn't anything too graphically demanding. Although I am looking to play ESO (Elder Scrolls Online) when it comes out and other MMO's to come. I do not play the high graphic demanding shooters that everyone plays currently so its nothing insane. I want to be able to stream at like 720p-1080p. I guess it isn't anything that I'm prioritizing. Obviously I'm more interested in playing the games and being prepared for at least like 3 years of solid highest graphics gaming. I can build up money to upgrade it or get a new one later.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Gaming is so annoying because I have to run games at the lowest graphics settings while still getting 40 fps regularly.

Thank you guys for your help

^ Don't agree. When they come out there's no syaing how good they'll be. Plus, all new hardware is expensive. On the flip side, when they do come out prices on the existing hardware will go down.

So here's the build.

In a few months prices will shift for sure, but in general i expect them to go down, so i thibk you'll be able to afford that rig.

It was the latter element which coloured my recommendation, actually. I have no interest whatsoever in the 700 series, but it will alter prices, likely in a non-uniform manner. AMD may push all their prices down to compete, or they may ignore it. Not knowing how prices will shift, we can't make effective suggestions.
