Internet connection issue

my system is dhcp and dns enabled now i connect a new laptop to the same network i/o port, i am unable to browse to the google.com website, but I can still ping the website and i am receiving the reply

Being able to ping the physical server is not the same as the web server actually running or being hung or under load. I can ping my work computer from home, but since I have no web server running on my work machine, I can't access it via my web browser from home, but I can access it via remote desktop or VPN.
