Best gpu i can upgrade to in my computer

did anyone not read the topic? i clearly made it for the 250w my computer i have now runs a 4550 with a 250w so its not like no gpu will work

Hd 4550 uses 25w max.
Hd 7750 uses 55w max.

250w should be fine
