Hello, I have a GTX 660 and a FX-4100 atm.
The AMD FX-4100 works fine for my gaming in for example games like bf3, but not in other games. I would upgrade to FX-6300, it'd help me in BF3 due to bf3 using all 6 cores, but other games like GW2, wow, it wouldnt be good to have a FX-6300?
How much better in BF3 is the i3 3225 than a FX-4100? Would I see any differense? Because if I dont see differense(I mean if it aint worser) in bf3 I'll buy it because I will probably see a differense in cpu heavy games, these games that dont support more than 2-4 cores, and my point with this thread is, I'm asking you if it is worth to get an FX-6300 when it probably will bottleneck my gtx 660 in games that wont support more than 2-4 cores?
My FX-4100 at 4,7 ghz works pretty good but not in all games, really.

I think of upgrading to an I3 3225 and use it for about half a year, and then when I got more cash later(2-3 months), I'll go for a i5/i7 as I'm buying a LGA1155 mobo now.
And your question is probably why would I do this?
Because I stated it above and also this:
I wanna go with an intel instead of upgrading to another AMD CPU, because the FX cpus can be terrible in few games I play, that's why.
My budget is also 215 dollars, which is the price for my LGA1155 mobo and the I3 3225 I'm planning to buy.

Oh yea, forgot to say, I'm a student, I've got no money, except 140 dollars each month. Well, I live in Sweden :)
Thank you!
