problem with overclocking sapphire 6970 (heeeelp)

hello
i have a sapphire 6970 2GB
http://
when i overclock my card from catalyst in 950/1450 everything is fine
but i want to use trixx or msi AB or.....
when i change memory clock or core clock or voltage and apply
i have screen flicker
i try to change my bios with RBE
and bios change completely but when windows logo is show my PC is restarting
i backed my default bios
now is there any way to over clock my card morethan 950/1450

my pc info

vga:sapphire 6970 (driver:13.4)
cpu: phenomII 1075t OC 3360 mhz
ram:corsair Dominator 1600 8-8-8-24
power:green GP785Bw
main:m4a79XTD EVO/USB3 (bios updated)
monitor:AOC v22t

Recent drivers from AMD disable the tweaking ability of the some software like MSI Afterbruner or Trixx. I use the Driver 12.8 and Shappire trixx to overclock my Radeon HD6950 from 800mhz to about 950mhz, which is much more than the AMD Overdrive application let me, overdrive let me to the max of 840mhz core clock. You may try with older drivers to see if the overclock ability will come back.
