I have literally dozens of hours of raw gameplay footage from games like TOR, Counter Strike Source, and a few others.
I want to be able to splice parts from several vids, edit out load screens, waiting for respawn, etc. I would also like to edit out game audio and add music, voice overs, etc.
A few other things would be transitions (fade out/in, wipe over, etc) between scenes and hopefully a max resolution of 1080p (720p is a must or it looks like crap when stretched to full screen).
