Hi stoonley!

I would suggest changing your PSU to a more reputable one. Check out these power supply tips.

Otherwise, your build looks good!

Good luck!

The build seems solid all together, but if I could recommend changing a few things.

A SAMSUNG 840 SSD will out perform your SSD and still stay in the budget: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147188

I would go with the ASRock's Z77 Extreme6. It's approved by Tom's Hardware, and isnt much more expensive than the one you selected
Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&N=-1&isNodeId=1&Description=ASRock%27s+Z77+Extreme6&x=-822&y=-112

Here is a review by Tom's:

I have nothing to back this next suggestion up so take it more as an opinion, but I would recommend going with a Western Digital HDD and not a Seagate. I have had bad experiences with them dying and failing on me, where I have never had any issues with any WD drives.

Looking good!
The SAMSUNG 840 will really shine with that build.
