I was planning to get another 660ti to SLI my rig and since 700 series is coming out, I wonder if it possible to SLI 660 ti and 760 ti or any other 700 series. I searched through google and couldn't find answers, maybe someone here can help me. Thanks

Yep. It doesnt matter what clock speed, what brand or anything like that. All that matters when SLI is that they are both 660ti's (Linus Tech Tips says so anyway)

The only exception I know of is that you can crossfire a 7870XT with a 7950 (Ive heard)

As long as it is a 670 and a 670, or a 7870 and a 7870, the ram amount doesnt matter
Im not sure how the ram works at that point. In the 3gb in one card, and 2gb in the other, I would imagine that both just run at 2gb of ram.
Even with different sized PCBs it will still work.

The ram defaults to the lowest common denominator.
