BSOD 1xe Error

Hey all, I just got a BSOD. I took a look at the crash dump and it looks like the error originated from a file called DUKEMS.sys in one of the amd folders in system32. I'm not sure exactly how to progress. Should I just ignore it and hope it doesn't happen again? Should I just delete the file? I could use some advice.

That is one of your drivers that generated the BSOD. While Windows 7 is a stable operating system, you will get an occasional BSOD - if it happens repeatedly with the same error, then I would be concerned. I tried googling the DUKEMS.SYS and couldn't find anything on that driver....
