Hello, so.. I got a Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB a little while ago, as well as a new monitor. Every once-in-a-while I will get this issue where my monitor will flicker rapidly with colors and lines.
Now, I don't think it is the monitor as when I unplug my main monitor's cable, my secondary monitor will get the flickering (so, whichever is my "main monitor" gets the issue), which leads me to believe it is a graphics card/drivers issue.
It happens at completely random times, though the majority of the time it is when I am on my web-browser (I use Google Chrome). No overheating is happening or anything like that. Sometimes it will flicker for like 30 seconds and then go away, sometimes it will stay there for a very long time and I have to restart my PC.
I currently have the latest official AMD drivers, Catalyst 13.4.
