Best AM3+ board for my budget

What mobo is best in my price range?

asus m5a99fx pro r2.0 130,-
or the
asrock 990fx extreme 4 132,-

or does anyone have a better suggestion?
I will pair them with the fx 8320.

Go with he gigabyte or ASRock both are really goog motherboard. I personally would go for the ASRock due to its overclocking potential.

I was leaning towards the asus despite of the 6+2 path many people reach 5ghz easily. Many people also say they have better rma support oc potential and better futures. Anyone recommends the asus m5a99fx pro r2.0?

or the gigabyte
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 152,-

are they worth the 20,- extra and why?

I personally hate te Sabertooth boards design. Also don't waste your money on the Sabertooth board. All the three boards you mentioned are great. If you want to go with the ASUS board then go with it. All te boards are similar
