elfmaslana is wrong. I've made Ubuntu, Debian Wheezy, and Windows 7 bootable from the USB. I actually order two more off Amazon. The 8GB are blue in color. They work just as fine.
The support is also great from Captain Transcend (on Amazon). My first order of the 16GB (green) was slow and faulty. They had me do some test with CrystalDiskMark and after I emailed them back the results, the tech confirmed that it was faulty and offered to send me a replacement, which worked great.
I don't know what elfmaslana did, but the USB works fine. Why would the USB Drive site have a FAQ on how to make a USB bootable? Doesn't quite make sense. If you fail to know how, don't blame it on the product.
@FR3D0: you won't be disappointed with either the product or customer support.
