Will 350W PSU suffice for this setup?

Currently, its working fine with this setup:

Intel Core i5 2400 Processor
Intel DH61BL Mainboard
8 GB RAM
Seagate 1 TB HDD
LG DVD Writer

Now I want to add an extra HDD to this setup, probably Seagate 2 TB HDD along with the 1 TB one I already have. So will my current PSU of 350 W be able to handle this extra load or will I need to get another PSU? Please suggest.

Thanks in advance.

If your current 350W PSU has a spare SATA power connector available for the new drive then there should be no problem.

A hard disk drive is not a big power consumer. They usually draw around 11 Watts when you're reading from or writing to the drive.

well..this is miss concept about PSU..

The main thing that you have to consider when you buy a good psu is not about wattage rating and branded/fake PSU..
But about how good it can suppress ripple noise and how good the voltage regulation..

Good certifitace of good psu from known brand, usually can suppress noise below the safety limit, and also can deliver power to components with good voltage regulation..

What about el cheapo psu, and why it's dangerous..?

I looked up ripple noise and it said that if u have low ripple noise suppress than it makes your hardware run slower and can fry it... correct? So I am assuming that good voltage regulation is voltage that stays at a regular output. Correct me if I am wrong please.
