My comp turned off by itself & now it won't turn back on

i was using my pc and it turned off by itself and wont turn back on i've tried everything but it wont turn on

That sounds awfully familiar with Acer desktops... Usually it indicates that the motherboard is dead. You could try swapping out RAM and/or the graphics card. If that doesn't fix it, I'd consider the mobo dead.

First unplug it from the wall, press the power button a few times to make sure it'll be a "cold" boot. Next plug it in again and try starting again.

EDIT: you said you tried "everything". What do you mean by this? If you let us know what you've tried, we can start ruling things out.
