Hi I'm new to the whole pc gaming world and would want to buy/build a gaming PC for $600-$700 that can run games like MW2, Farcry3, Black ops 2 and the latest games on high (but can settle for mid).

I live in Australia and don't have a monitor, keyboard or mouse. (please recommend a-swell)
