Hi Skank!

That's great for a first-time build!

You might want to get a lower wattaged PSU, at the range of 500~550W. Corsair is a good company, others I would recommend are SeaSonic, XFX, and Antec.

The optimum resolution, Imo, si 1920x1080 (1080p). Get a monitor that can handily support that res, and your eyes will thank you.

The motherboard of your choice, the GA-ZZ-HD3, was given a Silver Rating at HitechLegion, and should perform optimally.

Good luck!
