w32/chir.B Virus Problem

Guys I installed sniper ghost warrior 2 and i got a virus called w32/chir.B

I makes my programes like a virus and wont let me run them also my virus guard (avira free edition) Showing 156 virus etc...

additionaly i cant copy past and more troubles, Help me guys

Get an anti-virus rescue CD like this one: http://www.avg.com/us-en/avg-rescue-cd

Burn to CD and then boot from it. Update when asked and perform a complete scan of your system. Delete/clean all that it finds.

BTW, installing pirated games often results in these sorts of infections.

Another option is Kaspersky Rescue CD (free).

J_E_D_70 is correct, several vendors (nearly all of the anti-vendors, in fact) offer such rescue tools. Any of them should suffice.
