DDR3 or DDR2?

I've started to consider the possibility of getting some extra RAM for my machine- nothing too fancy, just an extra 2GB- but I'm unsure whether my machine uses DDR2 or DDR3. I bought it in December 2010 and I seem to recall it being DDR3, but I can't seem to find the information in DxDiag to confirm this.

Solution
Get CPU-Z here:

Your motherboard manual will also provide the information. If you don't have your manual, just look up the specifications for your motherboard make/model.
