looking for the best gpu for around $100 - $120 ?

with that CPU you likely will not need a GPU... it has the strongest integrated GPU out there and will handle light gaming easily. 1600 or 1866 speed RAM is recommended as the integrated GPU uses system RAM.
if you want a stronger GPU, than you would have to disable the integrated GPU...if you are going to do that than I would recommend going with a different CPU, like an FX series
