Hope you're not the Neighbourhood Bandit masquerading as a Store Manager... Alt + F10 on older Acers, but W8 ones may? only be reset from Windows using Acer Recovery Management. You may be able to get into that by creating a recovery disk on another W8 machine (As a store Manager you'll have plenty...) and booting from that.
