How is this computer for game recording?

Drop the "liquid cooler." Unless you absolutely have to have it because of space requirements, a traditional heatsink will be cheaper, WAY more reliable, and will cool better. Go with 1600MHz ram, you won't see a difference and it's cheaper.

Other than that, here's the biggest, most important thing you can do:
Buy two hard drives. Run the game off of one and record to the other. It'll make a huge difference.

Thanks for the tips! I was thinking of getting 2 seagate barracuda hard drives. Also, about the CPU Cooler, isn't water cooling a bit quieter?
 


It won't be any quieter than a good air cooler with a good fan on it, really. Actual water cooling makes a very big difference, but an all-in-one cooler won't make a big difference; at least not when in comparison to the risks taken.

That being said, if you're looking for quiet, look at the case. That Phantom is designed for airflow; if you want quiet, go buy a Design R4, which will be pretty much completely silent.

Could you please link to me to a good CPU cooler, and that case? :p Sorry if I am asking to much. I want the case to look REALLY nice, but its hard to find a case thats silent, and that looks good :p Hopefully you can help me find one c:
