So I'm wondering if these temps for my XFX Radeon HD7850 Core Edition or normal or at least ok.

Settings 1080P Ultra
first picture 23 minutes played
second picture 63 minutes played

Room temp was around 25C the entire time.

According to THIS list it's high. But that depends on the GPU fans and all that. So I'm just curios if I should get more case fans or if it will be ok like this.. I have 4 intake and 1 rear exhaust all 120MM. I have room for 2 more 120 or 140mm fans.

CPU seems kinda high too but i'm running a stock heatsink fan on a phenom II X4 so I think that temp is normal for that. Atleast from threads and such I've read. I've only had this system about 3 weeks.

Any advice, suggestions, or rants will be helpful thanks.

54-55C temps were for the CPU and this is the wrong thread for that I believe. I was just simply making an observation. (I'm going to get an aftermarket cooler of some kind one of these days for the CPU.)

What's the max temp for a 7850, 90C? I can't find the TDP for it any where. Or I'm not searching for the right thing in Google?

Just in case you missed the 7800 series temps from the pic
My temp for 23 minutes play time was 70C
My temp for 63 minutes play time was 72C

I really just want to know if these temps are safe. Since I only buy a GPU about once every 6-10 years I don't want to shorten its life span. (Yes, 6-10 years. The last GPU I bought was a ATI Radeon 9250. Ancient right?!)

If you can, get another exhaust fan in your case. You GPU temps seem safe, but I wouldnt let it ever go past 75c. That is when you should start to get worried.
I think an exhaust fan in the back should help a bit with dispelling the heat a bit more.

Also go through and clean all the dust off your fans at least once a month for maximum airflow

Thank you. That's what I was looking for. The when "to get worried" bit. I've never seen it get over 72C even while playing Bioshock Infinite on Ultra as well. My case only has room for 1 rear exhaust. I'm gonna get more fans later just can't make up my mind rather to get 2 140mm's or just get another 4 pack of 120mm's.

So many options when you build your own pc :)

Yep! And out of curiosity how much did you spend on your case? if you didnt spend a huge amount, maybe think about upgrading sometime in the future, because only having 1 exhaust fan isn't super great. I mean, its better than nothing, but exhaust is just as important as intake.

Building your own computer is by far a fantastic way to go about getting a computer. They aren't hard to put together, take about 1 hour or so and you save a ton of money and get better performance! Enjoy your computer! If you ever have any future questions about your computer you can feel free to PM me anytime!

max temp is 107 degrees ... at full load 60 ~ 70 is normal ... mi room tem is about 28 ~ 30 and playing Crisys 3 Gight Settings (can't go on ultra coz of 1GB vram) is about 68 ~ 72 ... so dont be afraid... if you dislike the temps set fan speed to manually at 80%
