With the fx-6300 OCd and the 7950 OCd, probably not. It would be safe to go up in excess of about 100w. Try the Corsair CX600. It's heavily on sale at Newegg, with it being only $38 after a $20 MIR.

mmmm... I just saw a review on the 7950, and the total power consumption for the whole system (with an Intel Core i7-3960X) pulls about 320 at load. ????

That's the power consumption of the card alone. That also doesn't count the OC you added, which could easily add another 50w to the power consumption.

However, if you can afford it I would get a little better quality unit like the one suggested by tiny. I would take a seasonic made unit over a CWT any day.
