Hi,
Curiosity has led me to try and understand the different types of cable/connectors for SATA Power. There seems to be a number of different types some with 4 wires some with 5, I recently was given the information on the differences, but why does the SATA Drive /Connector appear to have so many connectors ??? What do they do or is it something that doesn't really matter. Can any body out there show what the circuitry looks like.
