Can i run guild wars 2?

So i am looking at the minimum system requirements for the game, but im not to great will computers so i have no idea if i can run this game well or at all.
Minimum requirments
Windows® XP Service Pack 2 or better
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo 2.0 GHz, Core i3, AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 or better
2 GB RAM
NVIDIA® GeForce® 7800, ATI Radeon™ X1800, Intel HD 3000 or better (256MB of video RAM and shader model 3.0 or better)
25 GB available HDD space

this is my rig
Windows 7 professional 64 bit operating system
intel core i5 3320m 2.60ghz
4GB RAM
Intel HD graphics 4000
Also its a laptop not sure if that matters.

Yes you can. But very poorly. expect 800x600 resolution on low/medium settings in PVE areas. and expect the frame rates to be in high 30s.

do not even try WVW areas... especially in heavy fights, your game will be like 2 fps lol.
