Hello, so today my laptop crashed so i did a fresh install of windows, now im getting weird errors like files is Swow67 are getting randomly corrupt or something like that. Also before my laptop crashed i could play league of legends but now when i try to play it says cannont find direct3d my drives are up to date.

I would recommend that you do another clean install. As for the directx3d problem, I had that same problem yesterday.
Open Command Prompt (Hit Start type in CMD and click it) then type in sfc /scannow (there is a space between sfc and /scannnow) here is more instruction if you need http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/ht/sfc-scannow.htm
The sfc /scannow did not find any corrupt files in my computer and the direct3d problem just disappeared by itself for me.
You can try Microsoft's directx installer (It didn't work for me but the problem fixed itself for me) http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
Try installing CCleaner http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner and scan your registry, hit fix all, delete all issues. This might fix your direct3d problem if the above link didn't work.
