Possibly Mobo problem, possibly wiring problem, probably idiot problem.

For the sake of simplicity, I'll post the relevant parts first, so people know what we're working with here: Rosewill Challenger Chassis, ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 Mobo, Corsair CX500 Psu, ASUS Radeon HD7850 gpu, and one guy who may as well be staring at a human brain.

So, I ordered parts for a fresh new computer the other day, and when it came to putting it all together, I quickly realized I didn't know my southernmost orifice from a hole in the ground. I poured over the manuals, and as I went it seemed as though I was plugging the right things in the right places. Some cables will only fit some sockets, you know how it goes. But that's not to say that when I came up to forks in the road, I didn't pick the wrong way once or twice. In fact, I'm almost certain I plugged a few things in the wrong places. When I power it up (and it does power up), I don't get any light indicating such, though I'm not positive that there's supposed to be one. Anywho, hardly my biggest problem.

No, my biggest issue is that, once powered up, I get nothing. I'm not using a monitor, but I figured plugging an HDMI into the computer would allow me to use my TV for the time being until the monitor-I-didn't-order-with-the-rest-of-the-machine arrives. Who knows though, maybe I do have to use a legitimate monitor. At any rate, the screen doesn't so much as blink, wink or stutter.

What I CAN proudly state with all confidence, is that my fans is spinnin'. The chassis fans and the CPU fan are all running, and I get a little greenlight on my graphics card, so I know power is getting around (to some degree, anyways).

So, I guess, in a nutshell here, I have power, but no signal. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, and if there's anything you'd like for me to elucidate upon I'd be more than happy to do whatever I can. Thanks in advance guys~

There should be single beeb if everything was ok from the motherboards self test at startup, if the speaker is attached. If no beeb/beebs something is wrong with the motherboard, could be short circuit from some extra screw hole in case or some cables are not making contact.
Make sure you have attached the speaker to right pins. There should be different beeb codes for different motherboard related problems.

Picture of speaker, if you dont have one there should be one at the motherboard

Check that the four or eight pin pci power plug near the CPU or outer adage of the mb is connected. On the ps this cable will be two four pins cables that may be lose or locked together. The pci video power cables are six pin cables with two pins hanging on them. Check the power and reset and hd led if there on the wrong pins you may have the mb stuck in reset.most new mb the onboard video is the first video device.may have to move the video cable to the onboard video to get into the bios and change it.
