Okay, so I am getting a prebuilt desktop and it said it has two PCIe cables. I need exactly two for the video card I plan on getting. Are PCIe cables used for anything else? Because if they are then I might need to get another computer with more cables :(  But anyways, thank you! (Before anyone recommends building myself I plan on building my next one but It's not an option at the time being)

It depends.
PCIe cables are a broad definition.
You need to figure out what these cables are first.
Are they 2, 4 pin power connectors(which I'm thinking they are) then make sure that the video card needs 2, 4 pin power cables.
If the computer comes with 2, 6 pin power connectors(prolly not) and the video card needs 2, 4 pin power cables, then ur in trouble.
But if the video card needs 2, 6 pin connectors(not likely) then you are fine.
See what I mean?
You need to find out exactly what these cables are, and exactly what your video card needs and match accordingly. If however they are mismatched, there are adapters out there to suit ur needs.
Have a good one.

Oops my bad. It has two PCIe 6 PIN cables. And my video card needs exactly two cables . Would those cables be available or do they have other uses? It may be confusing what I'm saying but I am just wondering if the 6 PIN PCIe cables are used for anything like a SATA drive. Because if they are there won't be enough for my video card. Thanks!

No, they are not used for anything else(yet, or that I know of)
You will be safe if both are used, unless you want to add a second video card. In that case you would get an adapter that plugs into a 4 pin molex(like one that goes into your hard drive/dvd player) and converts it to a 6/4pin cable.
