I have here two builds that I believe could be potentially great gaming builds. I just need some advice as to which one is better, and if I should relocate some of my money to get a better build (I am already $20 over where I wanted to be). I will most likely be overclocking (if that helps you help me).

Build 1 (Intel)

This build has a much less powerful graphics card (as far as I can tell), but it has the amazing i5-3570K processor.

Processor: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: OCZ Vertex 4 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB
Case: Cougar Challenger-B (Black) ATX Mid Tower
Power Supply: NZXT HALE82 750W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer

Build 2 (AMD)

This build does not have an Intel processor, but I was able to put that extra money towards an amazing graphics card.

Processor: AMD FX-6350 3.9GHz 6-Core
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: OCZ Vertex 4 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB
Case: Cougar Challenger-B (Black) ATX Mid Tower
Power Supply: NZXT HALE82 750W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer

Any help is much appreciated!!!

I would definitely go with build #2 since this is a gaming build and that video card upgrade would get you far better gaming performance than what the Intel CPU would get you. Also the FX has some good OC potential and newer games seem to utilize more threads now so that should help it get up there in terms of CPU.
