1600mhz ram shows up as 1333 ram after overclock

I messed around with a few settings in the bios, but never touched any memory settings. I did have to reinstall my ram after mounting a new cpu cooler, but i doubt that could be the problem. I tried changing the frequency to 1600 in the bios, but it still shows up as 1333. I have an MSI z77a-g-45 motherboard if it matters.

In the over clock or memory screens make sure xmp profile is turned on.
