Not entirely sure if this is the right area to post this so I apologize in advance.

I recently RMA'ed a graphics card I got from Newegg. I sent it in to be replaced. It has been accepted and is in packaging right now but in the RMA status it said 249.99 - 144.99 for a $105 refund.

In the Order status for the replacement it says it is going to charge $105 for the item.

Will the refund cancel out the charge somehow or am I ?

The card came with a "free" game coupon for a few games and was wondering if they are trying to charge me for not sending it in with the broken card.

I sent an email to them tonight and will call in the morning but was wondering if anyone has dealth with RMAs before.

Thanks

Well they answered my question right after I posted this. Not too sure how to delete a thread but maybe this will help someone down the line.

"Thank you for contacting Newegg.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please be advised that we do not charge replacement order. The order amount is just for our accounting reference. You may see the pay term of the order is net. Thank you for your understanding.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please visit our FAQs page. If you still require any assistance, please feel free to reply directly to this email.

Thank you"
