Alright so I am about to pull my hair out in frustration. I have been looking all day at monitors and I just cannot choose. I need help, my situation is this...I am buying a 7950 and a monitor, right now my budget for the monitor is 200 after i buy the 7950, eventually I want to get a 3 monitor eyefinity setup. Ive found a few deals on newegg where i could get 2 monitors for around 250 This is probably the closest Ive made to a choice I can get 2 and the 7950 for 595.00.
Basically im really knowledgeable on everything but monitors. Am I way off base here? Close? Are any of These any good.

Any suggestions for a monitor around 200 dollars? I may not even like eyefinity for gaming and may just use it for music production so may a cheap setup to start. Are the Lg monitors I linked any good? Im at a loss when it comes to monitors. But it/they(ill be getting more later on either way) will be used for gaming/music production. Any and all suggestions are much appreaciated!

A few choices. Too bad, you're one day late on the Newegg special on the VH238H one. You could've snagged it for $119.99. Great price and you probably could've picked up two if you had an extra $40.

Asus VH238H 23"
Asus VX238H 23"
Asus VS148H-P 24"

Those monitors look pretty good I could probably still pick up two for the first one cause if I can ge two monitors for 300 ill definitely extend my budget for that. I especially like the vx so ill keep my eye on that one. So I looked in my email and found 10% off and I kinda like These Two, are they any good?

I like Asus and Dell more than Acer brands. The Dell UltraSharp is very good. The only problem is that it's super expensive.

If you're considering EyeFinity save yourself some hassle and be sure to get monitors with DisplayPorts. I run 3 of these on my 7950 for my EyeFinity setup. They have displayport, are LED, and response time is 2ms so they're great for gaming.

The dell ultra sharps are nice monitors, but they'er geared more towards photographers than gamers. With an 8ms response time you will most likely see some ghosting.

I'd go with the Dell 23" IPSe LED lit panels here:

Source 2

They are a touch more then you want to spend, but you also get the nice Dell stands that come on the ultrasharp line, which IMO is worth the few extra bucks.

Slick deal thread for this deal can be found here.
