1. New PC (MEDION Akoya P5220 D. ... MB MSI MS-7797, Core i5 3.1GHz, 4GB RAM, 2TB HDD, Nvidia GTX650 1GB, Windows 8 installed). Problem: When I power on the PC, there was a picture on the screen - Lock Screen (TV tower in Seattle), mouse and keyboard is blocked. After the reset, I press F8 to Enter Menu and select another OS (available are Windows 8 and other OS), then I run BIOS setup (AMI) .... included an expanded inspection, and then save this new setting.
After a new start in the middle of the screen displays AMI BIOS .... Press Ctrl + P to enter MEBx Menu, Press Del to enter Setup. Neither Ctrl + P or Del does not work. The computer beeps 1 time after 25 seconds, and again after 22 seconds, and again after 35 seconds. Then the Windows 8 launch. Now I can no longer run the BIOS Setup.

2. I unplug the power cord, remove the battery from the motherboard, delete the contents of the CMOS with the switch. Result ..... BIOS Setup remains inaccessible, Windows 8 will not start.

3 Is there anyone who knows the solution to this problem? Thanks.

First thing to try: another USB port to plug in your keyboard. If none will work, try this: grab a PS2 keyboard (borrow from a friend), enter BIOS, enable "USB legagy", save and exit. You should be able to use your (USB) keyboard now.
