Hi, lately I have been playing around with my old motherboard, It was the first time that I got a close look at it so I was fiddling around with the lever on the cpu socket, the RAM clips, the I/0 ports, the headers and I was wondering if I have damaged it due to static, the board was working fine before hand but I really want to know if its ok, btw I know it sounds kind of strange but I also was fidling around with it in bed, under my sheets lol please dont quote me on that 
the board was:
Gigabyte Ultra Durable 4 GA-B75M-D3H
btw I tried not to touch the capacitors and metal bits and I kept it on top of the anti static bag, not in it though
