Hello, I am curently looking up parts for my friend's new computer that I'm gonna help him build.
He's planning on buying parts relatively soon (a month from now, or so).
His budget is at about 400 dollars.
He's going to be gaming mostly.
He does not need to buy a monitor.
He needs a new OS.
He lives in Sweden.
He is not planning to overclock.
His monitor size is 1920x1080.

These are the parts that I am thinking of.

Corsair Dominator DHX DDR3 1600MHz 4GB
Corsair CX 430W PSU
Cooler Master Elite 310 Svart/Silver
ASUS DVD Writer, DRW-24B5ST
Philips 23" LED 237E3QSU
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SE
MSI 970A-G43, Socket-AM3+
AMD Sempron 145 Processor
Seagate Barracuda® 250GB
ASUS GeForce GT 610 1GB PhysX

So, please answer and come up with suggestions for other parts that can make his games run better. :)
Oh, btw, he mostly plays Far Cry 3, Battlefield 3 and Dota 2.

500GB should be about the same price and if you can get the WD Black

I would get a Video card with DDR5 memory

And if the Windows7 version is 64-bit up the memory to 8GB
