Hello Everyone!

I recently upgraded my pc. I use it primarily for gaming and some light editing.
i7 3770k
Asus maximus v formula
GTX TITAN :p
intel 520 series 240gb ssd (windows and apps)
WD Green 2TB (for games and light storage)

The issue i am having is that my hdd makes a pretty quite but audible clicking sound quite often. I have been reading up on it and I suspect it could perhaps be related to the WD green drives "parking" or something along those lines.

I am not quite knowledgeable with hard drives sorry.

The hard drive performs fine, it is NOT DYING! it is not THAT type of full grinding noise.

It sounds close to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gtAJTb0WFUI

Any suggestions?

Thanks guys!

Large HDDs are less reliable IMO. I would run a checkdisk on that drive.
If it is a hardware issue (sounds like it) there is nothing you can do about that. If the drive is still in warranty you could return it for another one or a refund. Make sure you do a backup of your data and a full wipe if you plan to return it.
