Hi, audio is not working on my Windows 7 64-bit PC. I have Creative SBS A120 speakers. Please help me out. The Device Manager says the device is not working properly even though I installed Realtek audio drivers.

If this is a new build check In the bios that the sound card is turned on.
Also if new build or windows install make sure the mb chipset drivers are installed. With Realtek audio make sure your using the green port. Most time that the main audio output port. Also check to see in audio control panel that realtek is the main audio output. With some new video cards the ati or nvidia hdmi output becomes the main output chipset.
