Hey guys,

I just built a pc a few days ago and was using my SSD as the main hard drive until my HDD came. Now I've got everything on the SSD. I want to move everything except Windows onto the HDD as well as make the HDD default for future installations and my documents etc. How can I do this?

Thanks in advance

Solution
-Uninstall your current applications
-Install them on the HDD. Having a folder on the HDD called Applications (or similar) might help to keep them organized)
-When installing a new application, choose Custom or Advanced to select the install location
-Change the default Download folder in your browser(s) to somewhere on the HDD
-You can, if you want, change your actual Doc folders to somewhere on the HDD. I generally prefer not to, but rather use a folder on the HDD, added to the Library space.
-Also, as a new doc/mp3/movie/whatever is created, Save As... to somewhere on the HDD.

No magic needed.
