just bough a new sound card: Asus Xonar D-KARA and i have sound issue i can't control it, when a track starting (usually it starting quietly) the sound is loud, but when it start to play the "main idea" the sound goes down and i cant make it louder, the most annoying part is when in the middle of the track there has a drop, the sound getting louder, when its starts to play the "main idea" again its goes quiet! its a big problem in genres like trance, electro, House.

From the manual i see there are a number of options that may lead to this, like the SVN Button and the Karaoke features.

Go into Control Panel/Sound. Right click on your speakers and select configure speakers. Make sure Windows is set up for the type of speakers you are using (i.e. stereo, 2.1, 5.1, 7.1 etc).

If the speaker type doesn't match what you are actually using, channels of sound will be "missing" and cause these sorts of issues. Audio driver updates will often un-do these settings and require you to adjust afterward as well.

Good luck!
