Crashing with buzzing sound when gaming

A few weeks ago, I built a new computer. For the first 2 weeks it ran fine but on the third it started to run into problems. Firstly I had this problem where I might be playing a game (GTA EFLC) and I may just be getting into a car or just walking around. Then the monitor goes black, as in it loses HDMI connection and goes into standby, while all I can hear is a buzzing in the headphones.

Second problem is that sometimes, the monitor doesn't pick up the HDMI from the graphics card. I've checked and its firmly in, I've tried a different cable etc. The only thing I can think of it being is the graphics card. I am hesitant to send it back or to get the computer checked at a local shop for fear it may be as simple as a driver install or something. Thanks

My PC
CPU-i5 3570k @ 4.4ghz
GPU-MSI Radeon HD 7950 Twin Frozr boost
PSU-Corsair CW750
Ram- 8gb Corsair Vengeance

Please ask if you need more specs.

Is it easy to re-overclock it back to what it was? (4.4ghz)

Also, should I take the computer to a repair shop or something- I'm only 14 and I'm not hugely sure when it comes to the overclocking or processor. As I bought the bundle, it came premade and oc'd to 4.4 . I only assembled the other parts with it.

Any ideas about the HDMI problem? The crashing is only happening on certain games and ,for me, isn't as important as this. The HDMI loses connection occasionally and sometimes after regaining connection it will say the graphics driver recovered!?
