F4 BSOD after deleting hiberfil.sys pagefile.sys on SSD

Before making partition backup image from Acronis Home Image 2011, I tends to manual delete any hiberfil.sys and pagefile.sys (delete from another OS drive). I did the same on Samsung 840 PRO SSD, however after successful running Acronis backup I was unable to boot from the SSD again. It returns F4 BSOD. Sadly I could find no minidump file.

No, I couldnt turn off hibernation nor change paging via recovery command prompt. Unlike typical Safe Mode where you get into GUI, this F8 option allows only repair options plus Command Prompt (minimum command options) is allowed. Sorry I am not familiar with Win7 recovery options. (I did "dir /ah", I could see hiberfil.sys and pagefile.sys. 'Powercfg /h' failed.).

It has to be powercfg / or - h off i think /h alone or -h alone does not seem to work.

You did not change your sata mode from AHCI to IDE or anything did you.

I have never seen a bluescreen error from just removal of those files to be honest.

Any chance of checking the smart status on the SSD on another system in case it is a problem with the ssd it self.

Yes this is the first time I ever encountered F4 BSOD after removing those files (I do it routinely to reduce the size of backup image, wish Acronis is smart enough to not backup these files.). Done many image backup & recovery with no problem (including this SSD). The frustrating this is I have no minidump nor access to Safe Mode GUI to do anything. I run Samsung Magician (SSD tools), smart status is OK. The SSD was working in AHCI mode prior to removal of those files and I have not changed the setting.
Could it be possible Acronis interfere with the SSD during the partition backup? But then it should not as Acronis suppose to just read only during the backup.
